No fads,
no measurements,
no judgement.
Hi, I’m Anna. I make exercise enjoyable, accessible, and tailored to you – so you can feel stronger, more energetic and confident in your everyday life, today and in the future.
Regular movement is critical for our current and long-term health, but the health and fitness industry often glorifies quick fixes, with a particular focus on weight loss.
Instead of a 12-week transformation, what if we approached movement as an investment in your quality of life?
Imagine shifting your focus to movement which allows you to:
- Stay independent at every age
- Have the energy, strength and stamina to play the sports you enjoy
- Walk confidently on uneven ground without fear of falling
- Go on the adventure holidays you’ve always dreamt about
- Support and improve your health
All while taking into consideration your unique circumstances, lifestyle, injuries, health conditions and preferences.
The movement you do isn’t just for today. It’s a foundation for a life filled with strength, mobility, and freedom.

About Anna
I’ve been a personal trainer for eight years, working with clients 1-2-1 and leading group classes at premium boutique fitness studios in London.
Something that’s really stood out to me over the years is our obsession as a society with our physical appearance. From the media relentlessly promoting narrow “beauty ideals” that glorify one body shape over others, to casual conversations in changing rooms where frustration often centers around “not burning enough calories” during a class. This fixation with physical appearance can overshadow the more meaningful aspects of movement, such as feeling strong, energised, and ready to face life.
This is very close to home for me. Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. I felt firsthand how fixating on physical “perfection” could lead to a cycle of extreme dissatisfaction and self-criticism.
One of the biggest turning points for me was reframing my relationship with movement. I started to focus on movement that felt good for my body, both physically and mentally, and would support my long-term health. I stopped using movement to chase an aesthetic ideal, and it became fun again!
Now, I’m here to help you build a healthy and enjoyable relationship with movement for the long term. Making movement part of a balanced, fulfilling and joyful life, not as a way to meet an aesthetic ideal.

My Three Pillars
It's all about you
No generic exercise programmes here. Every program I design is meticulously tailored to your unique lifestyle, movement goals, preferences, and any injuries or health considerations. By integrating a deep understanding of your individual needs with an evidence based approach, I’ll create a highly effective, personalised movement plan. This ensures you’re not just exercising but moving with purpose, so you can continue to live the life you want.
How you feel, not how you look
My focus is on movement that feels good and supports a life filled with what you love to do. Real results aren’t about the number on the scale; they’re about feeling strong, capable, and ready for life.
Sustainable for the long term
If your goal is purely short-term, I’m probably not the personal trainer for you. My focus is on helping you build lasting habits that support your current and long-term health, enhance your mobility, and enable you to keep doing the activities which bring you joy.
My Accreditations
By enrolling in courses every year, reading scientific literature and following the Faster process, I ensure that you will receive a personalised movement programme backed by the best currently available scientific evidence.
